This Privacy Policy explains how Okyasoft Pte Ltd ("Okyasoft", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It applies to all websites, applications, developer tools and online services that we operate and that link to this policy (together, the "Services").
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide the Services.
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in using a third-party identity provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your password.
- Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only a customer reference, the products purchased and the transaction history needed for accounting and support.
- Content you submit. Material you send to a Service so that it can perform the task you asked for, such as text, files or images.
- Service and device data. Records of your use of the Services, such as timestamps, feature usage, product version, approximate volume of use, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the Services reliable and secure.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To process payments and maintain billing records.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about the Services, including service, security and billing notices.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Google User Data
Where you sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic profile and email address needed to create and secure your account. We do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide or improve the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to affected users. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.
Processing by Third Parties
Some Services send the content you submit to third-party providers so that a request can be fulfilled, for example an artificial-intelligence model provider or a cloud infrastructure provider. We use reputable providers under contractual terms, share only what is needed to perform the task, and remain responsible for handling your data. Where a Service does this, we make it clear in that Service's documentation or interface.
Disclosure
We disclose personal data only to service providers acting on our instructions (such as hosting, payment processing, analytics and communications); where required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request; to protect the rights, property or safety of Okyasoft, our users or the public; and to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or for as long as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active. Content submitted to a Service is retained only as long as needed to perform the requested task and to meet our legal and operational obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashing of credentials and access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
We and our service providers operate in more than one country. Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable data protection law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw a consent you have given, or object to or restrict certain processing. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
